Burgau beckons... ah the delights of Burgau. I love it. I really do. This picturesque fishing village on the Algarve is a beautiful setting that has a kind of timeless quality. This scene represents the less than touristy bits of Burgau, the bits that holiday makers pass by or ignore but which, in my humble opinion, are as interesting as the twisting Portuguese cobbled passages that intertwine the village and the lovely restaurants that grace the tiny impassable roads down to the beach. This scene depicts a reconstructed electricity/transformer station, a derelict but beautiful house (which is actually next door to the Sardine Factory) and an abandoned home just up the road from the Matias restaurant. An hour from Faro airport this gorgeous fishing village has it all (including a bit of fun tagging)...I particularly dig Bucky, Gary’s blue tuk-tuk, and the mobile mast on this one. Not everyone's taste I know but just sayin'...the mobile mast, that is
