Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
We don't keep all prints in stock so, if you order one that we don't currently hold in stock we will need to print it for you. If you order a print that is currently out of stock, we will email you to let you know and advise you on the likely timeframe for delivery. This should be a couple of weeks, or less, depending on the workload of our printer. Near Christmas this timeframe may be longer. If you are unhappy with the timeframe quoted, you may cancel your order by emailing us to let us know.
Is there anything I need to know about hanging my print?
We recommend that you hang your print in a part of the house which is not consistently exposed to direct sunlight or prolonged humidity. For this reason we do not recommend hanging prints in a bathroom but, if this is something that is important to you, please make sure to discuss this with your framer as they may be able to suggest framing options that will offer more protection.
Do you sell originals?
Sometimes they may be available for sale, if you'd like an original piece of artwork from me please contact me about a commission.
How much will framing cost?
This depends very much on your choice of frame and glass. Hobbycraft and The Range in the UK, have good inexpensive options. These frames may not be as robust as those used by a professional framer, so think carefully about direct sunlight, humidity and other environmental factors when hanging your print.
